Principal Consultant & Director
Jodie is a multi-award-winning business and technology transformation leader with more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex organisational, digital and technology change across government, financial services, insurance and healthcare.
She brings together strategy, people, process, governance and technology to help organisations navigate complexity, improve performance and realise greater value from their technology investments. Her expertise spans business and technology strategy, enterprise and solution architecture, transformation governance, program delivery, change management, service design and commercial management.
Jodie is recognised for assessing organisational capabilities, identifying risks and opportunities, establishing clear strategic direction and building the governance and delivery models required to achieve sustainable outcomes. A commercially astute and engaging leader, she builds strong relationships with Boards, executives, customers, vendors and delivery teams to create alignment, accelerate decisions and deliver lasting business value.
Jodie holds a Bachelor of Information Technology, a Master of Business Administration with Distinction and a Diploma of Management. She is also qualified in PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes and ITIL v3, and has held a range of Board and Committee roles, including founding President of the Local Government IT Association of South Australia.
