Jennifer Baldwin

Lead Consultant

Jennifer is a Solution Architect with 15 years of overall experience within industry and academic/research sectors.

Jennifer has worked in various roles including Software Engineering, Academia, Integration and Technology Architecture, and Solution Design, with nearly 4 years spent within banking transformation programs with two of the Big Four banks.

She has a Software Engineering background, including a research background in requirements elicitation, and developing tools for software developers. However, she has worked on many different software projects, and is most passionate about the needs of customers, whether the user need is technical or not.

Jennifer is quick to learn, able to communicate with both technical and business teams, has excellent analysis skills and loves to solve problems. She also enjoys working collaboratively to achieve the best quality outcomes.
